Welcome to my blog! My name is Nessa. I am a Haitian native who made her way to the USA some years ago for University where I now reside with my wonderful husband.

I started blogging in 2016 to share my natural hair journey with women in need of encouragement. Over the years, I realized that there was more to Nessa that I wanted to share with the world and that’s when I created Leave It 2 Nessa where Nessa I share my journey through life hoping to inspire women to live unapologetically and do what makes them happy, regardless of what others think.

Outside of writing on the blog or filming videos for YouTube, you can find me spending time with my amazing husband, dancing, running, or soaking up some sun at the beach. I am an island girl at heart.

If I had to describe myself, I’d say that I am a lover of all things fabulous. My ultimate personal goal is to live an unapologetic and unbothered life. I also love listening to podcasts and audiobooks on my commute to and from work. I am slowly getting back to reading a physical book.

Someday, I would love to travel the world.
